[cvsnt] CvsNt Setup using Nt Login or domain user login

What is the problem?
If you set the CVSROOT before checking out a module to:
:ntserver:<cvsserver>:<repository root>
it will work automatically. Note that you don't have to log in, cvs
will reuse the NT login you used when starting your workstation.
