[cvsnt] problems with edit/commit -c

Turns out I had been using a 57d client and a 57i server... I updated my client to 57i and it now works as it should.  Thanks for the tip!

What version are you checking with?  Before sometime around 57f the
'commit -c' code was missing from the client.
