[cvsnt] output of cvs history and filename

I was used to find out who changed the files in repo recently to use 'cvs
history -a -e -D yyyy-mm-dd', and I found out that I couldn't get the exact
filename which was modified. I couldn't get any record by 'cvs history -u xxx -D
yyyy-mm-dd' either.
The cvs revision : 2.0.0rc4
