[cvsnt] rlog problem

Tony, since you own rlog now, is this your bug or ViewCVS's?

With ViewCVS and CVSNT's version of rlog, if you navigate to a folder that
contains a UCS-2 file in it, you get the error (same thing with the GNU
version of rlog):
