[cvsnt] Example of Ampersand module

Hey all, it sounds like Ampersands are pretty useful - you can aparently
attach one module name to multiple 'projects' in CVS -  could some one
give an example of the following:

1.  Using &'s
2.  Using aliases (I've read this, but don't know what they are, unless
they're simply modules that have been defined before the use of the
alias in the modules file)
