[cvsnt] CVSNT 2.0 always create TopLevelAdmin directory

What is the name of this "next version"? I have currently no
possibility to update the server (Admin's on holyday). It now runs on
2.0.1a with 2.0.1 client. Is the above mentioned issue fixed in this
versions?
