[cvsnt] checkout & timestamp

Hi,

when checking out files from my cvs- repository, the files in
the workspace the original timestamp different always get's
altered to the actual date/time.

Is there any chance to keep the original timestamp when
checking out files from cvs ?

Any hints / ideas ?
