[cvsnt] Syncronizing 2 or more CVSNT servers?

I've heard there are other CVS-like projects that support 2 but don't
know offhand.  IMHO I strongly recommend option 1.  We are sharing code
between Phoenix, Toronto, and Bangalore without a problem with CVSNT
("Compression Is Our Friend").
