[cvsnt] upgrading to latest version

The only thing I know of was what Bo mentioned this morning--that you
need to uninstall before installing the newest because the installer has
changed.  The repositories are AFAIK fully compatible in both directions
(always a good idea to have a proper backup first).  I don't believe
there are any other issues in upgrading.
