If I didn't know as much about CVSNT as I do now (I was a noob too 6
months ago) then I'd also be nervous about ANYTHING touching my source
code or changing the system around it.

Rest assured Aaron, your source is safe while upgrading CVSNT.  Take
appropriate precautions (e.g. "backup, backup, and verify your backup"
like any good sysadmin would tell you) but your repository is safe.
