[cvsnt] Strange error when rebuilding administrative database, with occasional hangup

Hi Tony,
I forgot to mention that we are running on MS Server 2003. But I can hardly imagine that that would be the real problem.
Any suggestion where we can look at? Any test we could do?

mydbm is used to read the modules and val-tags files... none of that
code has changed in living memory...
It'd definately a memory error, although the code generally only
allocates small chunks (in getline.c, which also hasn't changed in
living memory).
