[cvsnt] Latest updates

I checked -ku option with cvsnt-2.0.17-:local:.

1. prepare one number per line from 1 to 10 unicode file with LE-BOM.
like below.

3
.
10

2. add as -ku and commit.
3. check out it from another sandbox.
4. remove '8' line and commit in second sandbox.
5. In first sandbox, remove '2' line, and update.

Then, '8' remains.
