Yes.  This isn't normally an issue - a tag maybe takes a few minutes, at
most 2 or three times a day.  I can't imagine what you're doing that needs
thousands of tags a day...  you'll run into RCS internal limits if you
carry on like that (it'll get unusably slow long before that though).
