[cvsnt] CVSNT installation on an NT web server

IIRC, if the proper software isn't installed, viewCVS quietly removes the
links to the graphs.

Could you tell me *what* cvsgraph is? I fail to find it or any
reference to 'graph' on any page ViewCvs produces.
