[cvsnt] CVSNT installation on an NT web server

OK, I tried rightclick/show picture but it doesn't work, still a red
cross...
So by twiddling with the viewcvs.conf file I got the icons to the right of
the
file names in the list to show up, and when I click the icon a new page is
shown
but it is largely empty and there is an image placeholder with the red
cross.
Rightclicking the placeholder and selecting show image does not work..
... a few moments later:
I now extracted *all* files from the .../windows/binaries folder in the
zipfile into
my viewcvs/bin directory and like by magic the graph started working!
So in actual fact the graphing function needs at least one or more of these
files
apart from cvsgraph.exe:
aspfool.dll
libjpeg.6.dll
libpng.2.1.dll
libz.dll
Is there anyone who knows the minimum required file set?

In my experience, right click on that, and show picture. It does not
work, however, if you have too large of a history. Haven't resolved
that one yet.

I have the latest ViewCvs for Windows downloaded from:
http://russ.hn.org/viewcvs/
I had set the viewcvs.conf file like this:
use_cvsgraph = 1
cvsgraph_path = C:/Programs/viewcvs/bin
cvsgraph_conf = c:/programs/viewcvs/cvsgraph.conf
It did not work, but then I removed the space before use_cvsgraph and
bingo, the *links* are there. Seems like the conf file is a bit picky on
the entries.
However, clicking one of these icons only produces a page with a
rectangle placeholder for a picture with a red x on it. :-(
