[cvsnt] CANT LOGIN :(

I had to reinstall my os.
But I save the cvs repository.
I doesn t remenber my passwd well :(

I manage to install the cvsnt service.
I delete the passwd file in to repository prefix
I follow the doc at :

My cvstemp has all rights for every body on xp pro fr.

I manage to add the user david, the account i am connected to xp, because i
can see a passwd fiel that was created.
But when trying to connect with pserver i cant get anything :'
I remenber that cvsnt was very easy to install in the past today it' s alway
the same error !

C:\Documents and Settings\david>cvs login

I can manage to delete user
cvs passwd -X david,
doesnt work

Some of yours tell me to disable my anti virus, so i do, norton isnt working
anymore.
I also shutdown the xp firewall.

A telnet 2402 -> print :
cvs lock ready ...
A 2401 print nothing, i type anything no message i am disconnected
!
What does the cvsservice -test should normaly output ?

I can' t understand, i follow exactly the doc :(
