Hi there, 

one more hint for locating the error might be the output generating a graph
within viewcvs using cvsgraph:

Etc3DScanHelper.dsw,v: 12: warning: CVS extended keyword skipped 
Etc3DScanHelper.dsw,v: 13: warning: Unrecognised `newphrase´ keyword
'commitid' skipped 
Etc3DScanHelper/Etc3DScanHelper.dsw,v: 14: warning: Unrecognised `newphrase´
keyword 'kopt' 

One more hint to the extension in the administaration section of the checked
in files ....
