[cvsnt] no CVSNT icon in control panel

  I have installed cvsnt1.11.1.3 on windows 2000 machine but got no icon
CVSNT in control panel. and also I copied 3 dll mfc70.dll, msvcp70.dll and
msvcr70.dll to system32 manually but still had this problem. Does anybody
have an idea?
