[cvsnt] Many thanks

A few weeks ago, after installing CVSNT (being a total newbie), I ran into
some issues.  I asked for help here, and Bo Berglund and Glen Starrett were
nice enough to give me some pointers, which helped me get back on track.

I never did get a chance to give a public thank you, so I'm saying it now.
