Documentation (was Re: [cvsnt] impersonation and pserver failures )

Is a revision log available on the wiki.  I really would like the ability to 
see what has changed from 2.0.4 to 2.0.6.  Is there some way to pull 
useful information from the changelog, or releasenotes.
