[cvsnt] "Something bad happened to cvsnt, and it crashed" message when trying to lock a file

Hi,

I use CVSNT v2.1.1. When I try to lock a file by using 'cvs admin -l' 
command I get "Something bad happened to cvsnt, and it crashed" message.
What happens to the cvsnt and how can I lock a file?
