[cvsnt] cvsnt 2.x vs. cygwin cvs 1.11.x

Hi there

I want to use SSH and CVSNT with public key authentification. The Server
(Cygwin OpenSSH) is working and read access to the repository is fine.
Every write access was in the context of the SYSTEM user. This is a little
confusing the history. I tried a little and with the cvs-version provided
by cygwin the naming problem is solved.

BUT: Are there possible Problems when using two cvs Server working on the
same repositories ???
