[cvsnt] Upgrading and Client and server compatibility

We are currently using:
(CVSNT) 1.11.1.3  (Build 57j)
and have been having a few problems.  I plan on upgrading our 
server, but I wanted to know if there were any problems with using a 
1.11.1.3 (build 57j) client with a new server, or vice versa.

We are using sspi and pserver protocols. 

BTW, is there a way to view the bugzilla buglist chronolgically?  I was 
planning on browsing it to see what issues I should be aware of.
