[cvsnt] Can`t Rename Entries.Extra

Hello,
 
we are using 
WINCVS 1.3.11.1 (Beta 11 Built 1) for our Projects.
We are Using Windows NT and the SSPI Authentication
We having troubles to update our CVS Delivery Sandbox on the Fileserver.
 
If the Admin of the System try to update/sync the Sandbox at the fileserver
it works
( cvs update -P .... )
But if the other developers, who has full right`s on the Sandbox Folder try
to úpdate/sync ,
the update works well but at the end we get the error.
 
cvs [log aborted]: cannot rename file CVS/Entries.Extra to
CVS/Entries.Extra: Invalid argument

CVS try to rename the Entries.Extra.Log  to Entries.Extras  and that doesn`t
work.

Can you please give us a hint  what wents wrong.
