[cvsnt] No rights to add binaries?

I am using cvsnt as server and wincvs as client with sspi. 
When i want to add binaries to a module, cvsnt gives back
an authentification error and error code 1.
 
Do I have to give extra read/write-access (ntfs) on that module
for each user on the cvs-server?
