[cvsnt] cvsnt download?

AND Preferred Language must be set to English in the Wiki, otherwise
you'll get a localized version! For the first 7 visits I struggled with
a Danish user interface where the FrontPage wasn't /FrontPage but
/ForSide, which is very different from /FrontPage! 
For example it doesn't contain the download section.
