Since the lockserver doesn't actually have a default (the text that cvs init
adds is just fixed) it's difficult. The way it's designed is that you
could have different lockservers for different repositories, or even a
company-wide lockserver. At the moment there isn't much advantage to that
but if the monitoring apps ever get written you'll be able to watch the
activity on the repositories in real-time (possibly even with nice graphs
etc.).
