[cvsnt] Dynamic rcsinfo

"wouldn't work with any of the existing frontends"...    Cvsnt is not
responsible for the rcsinfo?  The frontend is the one that pulls it up?

I've thought of implementing something like that but it's quite a lot of
work for (IMHO) little gain, since it wouldn't work with any of the
existing frontends.
