[cvsnt] mfc70u.dll required in install

You should be able to get mfc70u.dll from the Runtimes link, but that 
didn't work for me.  This DLL comes with MicroSoft Visual Studio .NET. So 
if you have that installed somewhere, then you get it from there.  What I 
did was use Google, found the following link:
