[cvsnt] Bug with recent Versions ? Please Verify !

with cvs.exe version build57a it worked, but with newer wersion (Build 65,
77a) it doesn't any more:

With this CVSROOT: C:\Users\Zamofing\CVSDB it works

With this as CVSROOT: \\Orange\mtzamofing\CVSDB it FAILS !!! with following
informations:
