[cvsnt] 'cvs passwd' command not found

I have installed CVSNT 2.0.0rc2.
I used 'cvs passwd', when cvsnt-1.11.13-65.
But, I don't use 'cvs passwd' command now.

How can I use 'cvs passwd'?

Please Answer... T.T

OS : Windows 2000 Professional
Install Path : C:\Program Files\cvsnt
Installed Program name : cvsnt-2.0.0rc2.exe
