[cvsnt] Problems during Update

One of our developers gets the following error message during update

cvs [update aborted]: cannot rename file _new_HSysLaserModule.cpp to
HSysLaserModule.cpp: Permission denied

After that there is a new nonCvs file "_new_HSysLaserModule.cpp" in the
updatet directory. Subsequent updates produce the same result on other
files.
But not all files in the module are concerned only a few so that it is
possible
to completely update the whole module after deleting the _new_xxx files.

Client / Server cvs version : 1.11.1.3 Build 72
WinCvs : 1.3.12.1 Beta 12 (Build 1)

The client is running WinXP
