Exactly, but apparently NAV is so broken that it still accesses the file,
just to see if it REALLY has extension .cpp.

Yeah, I have also used a lot of time corresponding with Symantec support,
without any success.
I have been thinking about patching CVSNT to retry the move operation a few
times, as I think this would fix the problem (arguably in the wrong place,
but many people are stuck with NAV or other products which have the same
problem).
