Quick answer:  Check the docs at http://www.cvsnt.org/, this is a known
problem if something bad happens in mid-update (delete the lock files from
the repository, use lock server to prevent in future, update your server to
the latest 'stable' build).  Very rarely happens though.

I cannot use the server because it constantly says that error.

What's the problem?
How to correct it?
How to prevent that to happen?
