Just keep shipping the old 2.0.x cvs95 once 2.2.x is released (which won't
be for a while, so there's no need to panic yet)...  for 90% of users it'll
behave the same (since I imagine they're mostly connecting to cvshome.org
cvs servers which don't support the 'cool' features anyway).
