Watch your terminology. You probably meant "committed" instead of
"imported". This is quite different.

This is what the Update command is used for. On WinCvs' Update dialog, enter
the revision number you want into the "Retrieve rev./tag/branch" box on the
"Update options" tab. Alternatively you could do the same from the Graph
view's context menu by choosing "Tag to selected (sticky)".

[It's "revisons" though. "Versions" is a term that's not really used a lot
in the CVS world because of its potential ambiguity.]

Yes, use the Log command or alternatively the Graph view which visualizes
the output of the Log command (but only for a single file).
