[cvsnt] deleting branches?????

Not that I am aware of.  This seems to be a limitation of viewcvs, since the 
whole point of VCS is to maintain that history.  It should be the frontend 
applications business what it actually displays.  Perhaps you should take it up 
with the viewcvs development team...
