[cvsnt] CVS slow with VirusScan

It is not enough to tell it to ignore these folders, you have to completely disable the scanning there.
When you ignore the dirs the AV software will anyway intercept all disk operations and slows down the CVS process.

Our AV already ignores the CVS repository and windows\temp. Is there
another temp directory?

Tell the AV to ignore the CVS repository and temp directories on the
server.
If that is properly configured, it should help significantly.
