[cvsnt] CVSPID and SESSIONID

Hello,
I try to access the environment variables CVSPID and SESSIONID in my 
verifymsg and commitinfo skripts, with no success. Do you have an 
example windows batch file?
And has the UNIX-CVS the same behaviour?
