[cvsnt] Testing instal fails

I just installed CVSNT 2.0.12.  The install went smoothly but when I test it
the server IPFs and I get back this error message:

D:\>cvs ls -l -R
cvs [ls aborted]: Can't authenticate - server and client cannot agree on an
authentication scheme (got '')

I followed the steps on this page
http://www.cvsnt.org/wiki/InstallationTips.  My cvsroot is set like this:

cvsroot=:sspi:TheLesliesMain:/LeslieSoftware

I am running Windows XP SP1.  What am I missing?  Any advice?
