[cvsnt] erase editor's info on a file

Hello,

On certain files of my repository, there is still indicated an editor. How
can I erase these info ? The guy how edited the files no longer work on
them.

Secondly, I would like to update a export, like a "get latest version" in
VSS. How to proceed to do that with CVS ? The export command do not allow to
export a module over an old one exported by the same way.
