[cvsnt] Sticky tag error

You have most probably checked out the specific revision 1.1 of the file.
CVS wont allow you to modify the file unless you checked out the tip of the
main trunk or a branch.

Try updating to the tip (use the -A option to update 'Reset any sticky
tags/date/kopts.').

cvs update -A .......
