[cvsnt] Dreamweaver extension based on CVSNT

The answer depends on how you are using CVSNT.  From the sounds of it you'll
be OK, but you need to look into it yourselves since IANAL and I don't know
the details of how you're using it.  There's a FAQ on the GPL here:
