[cvsnt] Help: cvsnt with viewcvs problem

It looks like it's because of the changes to the RCS format.  In a nutshell,
you need to use the RCS wrappers that comes with cvsnt, not the one that is
installed by default (which is the original CVS version).  I don't know the
specifics on how to do this, though.
