[cvsnt] How mail is sent on a watched file ?

Hi,

Please help me in solving this error when i try to login,

C:\>cvs login
Logging in to :pserver:admin at cvsServer:2401:/sourcefiles
CVS password: *****
Fatal error, aborting.
cvs [login aborted]: Administrator: Impersonation failed - configuration
error.
 Contact your System Administrator. 

We have CVSNT 2.1.1 installed in Windows 2000 professional. 

Please help me in solving this issue.
