[cvsnt] CVS95 on Windows 98?

That I couldn't tell you. I am sorry; the reason I didn't reply to the
original post is that I am not the most knowlegable person on the
subject. I do know, however, that the cvsnt server runs as a windows NT
service, and there is no such thing in the windows 95/98/ME family.
