[cvsnt] setting Igloo with sspi protocol

I already did that. It's not working. Do you have to do any setting ? Set
protocol(like sspi:) for it to find the server ?  Could you let me know it ?

The trick is to copy the version of cvs.exe with all the protocol dlls into

the directory where igloo.dll resides.
