[cvsnt] Email Notification Not receiving to Destication

Why are you posting the same thing again (to the wrong group) when
someone has already answered (correctly) your question?
The last line in your log copy tells the story:
>20030922 13:25:52 DEBUG: Saving message to file instead of sending by email

There is an ini file setting for this behaviour and it is mentioned in
the installation instructions. It is called Testmode. Please read the
instructions again.
