Dear Customer,
Informatica is unable to process your request for service. ATLAS is unable to verify your email address for access authorization.
Only contacts with read/write privileges are able to raise Service Requests. And the project to which the read/write contact belongs has to have current maintenance agreements. If you are already a read/write contact it is probable that we have a different email address for you, please forward this email to support_admin at informatica.com, adding your name, contact details and project number so we can amend our records.
If you would like to become a contact please either contact your project's primary contact or send an email to support_admin at informatica.com stating that you wish to be added as a contact. Please include the following information.

Project ID
Project or account name

Email address
