Hmm is there a support list then?  That would seem to me to be the one to 
participate in - it's where users will be asking questions (I'm not about to 
become an eclipse developer - unless they invent the 36 hour day!!).

Thanks.  I've commented on this (to the effect that I'd fully expect anything
